I am so glad that you chose to use my services for your special occasion. I promise to provide you with the BEST service and I know that you will be pleased with the result. To protect my time as well as yours, I ask that you make a refundable down-payment of $100 to secure my services. What does this do? Well, it tells me that you are serious, and if I am renting an instrument for your occasion, it helps me be able to do this. If you cancel prior to 15 days prior to the event, all money and deposits will be refunded in full in the same manner that I received it. At 15 days prior to the event, I your are permanently booked.
If for any reason, I am unable to make it or have to cancel, your deposit is fully refunded as well.
I require all payments be made in full the day of the event. I use Pay-Pal to charge you for the event and deposit. I also accept Checks or Cash if you would prefer to pay in this manner.
